Ordering, delivery & privacy.
Short and plain, the way we would explain it at the door.
Ordering
Orders for each Saturday Drop open Monday and close Thursday evening (Central Time), or earlier if the drop sells out. Prices, box sizes and delivery dates are shown before you pay. Orders are prepaid through a secure hosted checkout; we never see or store card numbers.
Delivery
We deliver only within the Homestead neighborhood in Schertz, TX during the pilot. The order form checks your address. We text before we arrive; if you will not be home, tell us in the delivery notes where to leave the box. We do not offer pickup or shipping.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Because we bake to order, changes and cancellations are accepted until orders close on Thursday. After that the batch is committed. If we make a mistake with your order, or something arrives damaged, tell us the same day and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Food information
We are a Texas cottage food operation. This product was produced in a private residence that is not subject to governmental licensing or inspection. Every cookie’s ingredient list and allergen statement is shown on the menu and on your order confirmation. All cookies are baked in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any product is free of a specific allergen.
Your information
We collect your name, email, phone and delivery address to fulfil your order and to contact you about it. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider. Drop alerts are a separate list: you are added only if you sign up, and ordering never adds you. You can unsubscribe from drop alerts at any time by replying to any alert email. We do not sell or share your information.
